Diesel presents its new campaign "When Together," a portrait of absence and desire told through the words of lovers who have experienced both time apart and the intense reconnection that follows. “When Together” emphasizes the importance of human connection after being deprived of it. The concept, its talent, and accompanying visual assets encapsulate one overarching thought: Being together is what makes life worth living.
Director Cheryl Dunn brought this project to Mixology after working with us on her full-length documentary "Moments Like This Never Last." We assembled a montage of SOT, sound design, music, and processed audio to heighten the feeling of loneliness of time apart and the intensity of human connection. The campaign includes short social media pieces as well as a longer 94-second piece.
